Shipping Policy
We offer specialized furniture shipping and delivery for sofas, armchairs, and footstools to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). We provide two delivery options for large furniture (sofas/armchairs) and standard shipping for footstools, with tailored packaging for upholstered/wooden pieces. PO box shipping is not available for all furniture products—physical delivery address required.

- White-Glove Delivery: Includes curbside pickup, inside-home delivery (to your room of choice), assembly (if flat-pack), and removal of all packaging materials—our premium furniture delivery service.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Memorial Day), furniture delivery may be delayed by 3–5 business days. We recommend ordering 3–4 weeks in advance for holiday seating needs.
- Packaging Protection: Upholstered parts (sofa/armchair cushions, footstool tops) are wrapped in moisture-proof, scratch-resistant plastic; wooden/metal frames/legs are padded with foam; flat-pack furniture is shipped in reinforced double-walled boxes with hardware sealed in labeled bags.

We offer free curbside freight delivery for all orders over $999 (contiguous U.S.) for flat-pack sofas/armchairs + footstools. White-glove delivery and non-contiguous U.S. shipping fees are tiered by product size/weight, with free shipping for bulk furniture orders:

Note: All shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable for personal reason returns. Original delivery fees are only refunded for defective/incorrect/recalled items.
Order Tracking & Delivery Notes
- Tracking & Delivery Window Alerts: After processing, you will receive a furniture delivery confirmation email with a tracking number (freight/white-glove carrier link) and a 2–3 day delivery window. Our delivery team will call/email you 24 hours in advance to confirm the exact delivery time.
- Delivery Inspection: Inspect all furniture before signing the delivery receipt. Check for frame damage, upholstery tears/stains, loose legs, and missing hardware. Note any damage on the delivery receipt and take photos/videos—contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or refund for damaged items.
- Address Changes: Address changes requested before processing are free (one change per order). Address changes after processing incur a $49.99 processing fee + additional freight costs (varies by location) and will delay delivery by 3–5 business days. No address changes are allowed after the delivery window is scheduled.
- Delivery Access Requirements: Ensure clear access to your home (no blocked doorways/stairwells) for large furniture. Our delivery team cannot move existing furniture or navigate narrow stairwells/doorways that do not fit the furniture dimensions (we provide product dimension details on all product pages for pre-delivery checks).
