Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a binding contract between you and our store, governing the purchase, delivery, and use of sofas, armchairs, and footstools. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms, which adhere to U.S. federal and state laws (CPSC, FTC, CCPA, TB117, Prop 65) and furniture industry standards.

Order Submission & Confirmation


  1. Placing an order and completing payment constitutes a binding sales contract under U.S. law, especially for large/custom furniture orders. We reserve the right to verify order validity, inventory availability, payment authorization, and delivery address access (for large furniture) before processing.
  2. An order confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of payment—this confirms order receipt, not processing/delivery. A separate furniture processing confirmation will be sent within 1 business day, followed by a delivery confirmation with tracking/window details once processed.
  3. Order Cancellations
    • Within 24 hours of purchase (all furniture): Free cancellation, full refund processed within 3 business days.
    • 24–48 hours of purchase (standard furniture): 10% processing fee deducted, refund processed within 3 business days.
    • After 48 hours/once processed (standard furniture): 25% processing fee deducted (covers material preparation/freight scheduling), refund processed within 5 business days.
    • Custom upholstery furniture (any time after purchase): Non-cancellable once fabric/ materials are ordered (typically 48 hours post-purchase)—we will notify you when custom production begins, and no refunds/cancellations are allowed after this point.
    • Post-shipping/delivery: Cancellations are treated as returns and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy (freight/pickup costs and restocking fees apply).

  4. We reserve the right to cancel orders for insufficient inventory, pricing errors, invalid shipping/payment information, undeliverable addresses, suspected fraudulent activity, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Product Compliance & Liability


  1. Compliance Guarantees

    • All upholstered sofas, armchairs, and footstools meet California TB117-2013 fire safety standards for upholstery foam and fabric—no fire-retardant chemical additives (non-toxic).
    • All sofas and armchairs meet CPSC anti-tip and stability standards; tall armchairs/sectional sofas include optional wall-mounting hardware for added safety.
    • All wooden/metal parts (frames, legs, bases) are Prop 65 compliant (free of lead, cadmium, and other toxic substances); upholstery fabrics are free of harmful dyes/chemicals.
    • All furniture is tested for weight capacity (sofas: 500–1000 lbs, armchairs: 250–300 lbs, footstools: 200 lbs)—weight capacity is clearly listed on all product pages.

      Compliance certificates (TB117, CPSC, Prop 65) are available upon request via customer service.

  2. Limitation of Liability

    We are not liable for:

    • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference (e.g., sofa cushion firmness, armchair fabric texture, footstool height, color mismatch due to screen display).
    • Damages caused by improper assembly, use, moving, or maintenance (e.g., sofa frame damage from self-moving, armchair legs loose from incorrect assembly, footstool upholstery stains from improper cleaning).
    • Indirect damages (e.g., living room renovation delays, furniture storage costs) resulting from order cancellations, shipping/delivery delays, or product unavailability.
    • Injuries or damages caused by using furniture outside its intended use/weight capacity (e.g., standing on sofas/armchairs, overloading footstools, using seating as storage for heavy items).
    • Damage to furniture during customer-moving or third-party delivery (not our authorized carriers).

  3. Warranty Coverage

    We offer a limited manufacturer’s warranty for all seating products, covering manufacturing defects only (no user damage/use):

    • Sofa: 2-year limited warranty (frame: 5 years) against defective materials/construction (sagging frames, broken springs, loose legs); excludes upholstery wear, cushion flattening from use, and stains.
    • Armchair: 2-year limited warranty (frame: 3 years) against defective materials/construction (loose armrests, cracked legs, torn upholstery from manufacturing); excludes scuffs, fabric wear, and cushion flattening.
    • Footstool: 1-year limited warranty against defective materials/construction (torn upholstery, broken base, loose cushion); excludes scuffs, stains, and cushion wear from use.

      Warranty claims require photo/video evidence of the defect and proof of purchase—we will repair or replace defective parts/furniture at our discretion, free of charge (including shipping for replacement parts).


User Obligations


  1. Provide true, accurate, and complete order and delivery information (e.g., correct room dimensions for furniture, physical delivery address, access details for large furniture, fabric/color selections). You are liable for delivery delays, additional freight costs, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
  2. Use furniture in accordance with the user manual, weight capacity limits, and care instructions (e.g., avoid sharp objects on upholstery, clean fabric with recommended cleaners, assemble flat-pack furniture with included hardware).
  3. Ensure clear access to your home for furniture delivery (no blocked doorways/stairwells, sufficient space for large sofas/armchairs)—our delivery team is not responsible for moving existing furniture or modifying your home for delivery.
  4. Do not resell our furniture for commercial purposes (e.g., restaurant/hotel seating) without our written authorization. Authorized retailers must comply with our pricing, delivery, and warranty standards.
  5. Refrain from fraudulent activities (e.g., false defect claims, returning used furniture as new, identity theft, fake delivery damage claims). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, pursue legal action, and ban repeat offenders from future purchases.

Intellectual Property & Dispute Resolution


  1. All website content (product images, furniture design sketches, fabric swatch photos, assembly guides, care instructions) is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or reproduction (e.g., selling our furniture designs as your own) is prohibited and may result in legal action.
  2. Any dispute arising from these terms, your furniture purchase, or delivery will first be resolved via negotiation with our customer service and furniture resolution team within 15 business days.
  3. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, USA in accordance with American Arbitration Association (AAA) furniture industry rules, or filed in state/federal court in Texas.
  4. These terms are governed by Texas state law and U.S. federal law. Any provision deemed invalid or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
